Which ISO standards do you cover?
The core standards are ISO 9001 (quality), ISO 14001 (environmental), ISO 45001 (health and safety), ISO 27001 (information security) and ISO 22301 (business continuity). We also support some of the sector and industry specific standards, including AS 9100 (Aerospace), ISO 13485 (Medical Devices), EN 1090 (Steel Structures and Aluminium) and NHSS (National Highway Sector Schemes) 7 (Road Marking) and 12 (Temporary Traffic Management).
Can you help us achieve ISO certification for the first time?
Yes, that is most of what we do. We begin with a gap analysis, then build and implement a management system that fits your business and gets you ready for certification.
We are already ISO certified but are struggling to keep up with maintaining all the activity required. Can you help?
Yes. Our outsourced ISO consultancy service handles the ongoing work for you: internal audits, management reviews, document control, improvement plans, and supporting you at your annual certification audit.
Do you help us choose a certification body?
Yes. We advise on choosing a UKAS-accredited certification body and can help support you through the certification process, so there are no surprises on the day of the audit.
How much does your consultancy cost?
It depends on the standard and what type of consultancy support you are looking for. We agree a fixed fee up front and scope the work around your requirements, so there are no surprises once we begin.
Do you issue the certificate?
No. We are consultants, not a certification body, and we do not sell ISO standards or issue certificates. We build and run your management system and prepare you for external certification. The certificate is awarded by an independent certification body, which we help you choose.
Do you really guarantee certification?
Yes. When you appoint us to build your management system, we provide everything up to your Stage 1 certification audit, including a full set of internal audits and chairing your first management review, and we guarantee you will achieve certification up to Stage 1.
