Which ISO standards do you cover?
The core standards are ISO 9001 (quality), ISO 14001 (environmental), ISO 45001 (health and safety) and ISO 27001 (information security). We also support sector standards such as AS9100, IATF 16949, NHSS 12D and EN 1090.
Can you help us certify for the first time?
Yes, that is most of what we do. We begin with a gap analysis, then build and implement a management system that fits your business and gets you ready for assessment.
We are already certified but struggling to keep it up. Can you help?
Yes. Our outsourced QHSE service handles the ongoing work for you: internal audits, management reviews, document control, improvement plans and your annual certification audit.
Do you help us choose a certification body?
Yes. We advise on choosing a UKAS accredited certification body and manage the certification process with you, so there are no surprises on the day.
How much does it cost?
It depends on the standard and how much support you want. We agree a fixed fee up front and scope the work around your business, so there are no surprises once we begin.
Do you issue the certificate?
No. We are consultants, not a certification body and we do not sell ISO standards. We build and run your management system and prepare you for assessment. The certificate is awarded by an independent UKAS accredited body, which we help you choose.
Do you really guarantee certification?
Yes. When you appoint us to build your management system we provide everything up to your stage one certification audit, including a full set of internal audits and chairing your first management review, and we guarantee you reach certification.
